Kudeep Yadav claimed four wickets to stop Sri Lanka’s fight back in their Super 4 clash of the Asia Cup as Bharat emerged victorious by 41 runs. The win confirmed Bharat’s entry in the final of the Asia Cup. Bharat were restricted to 213 against Sri Lanka as left-arm spinner Dunith Wellalage returned with a career-best 5/40. Skipper Rohit Sharma top-scored for Bharat with a 48-ball 53 while KL Rahul (39 runs) and Ishan Kishan (33 runs) also chipped in with contributions. Axar Patel added a valuable 26 towards the end of the innings.
