British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s parents, Yashvir and Usha Sunak, visited the Sri Raghvendra Swamy Mutt temple in Andhra Pradesh. Notably, the dup were accompanied by Sudha Murthy, the mother-in-law of the UK PM. Significantly, at the temple, the Sunaks and Ms Murthy offered prayers and they were honoured with shawls by the temple priests. The official page of the temple shared a couple of snapshots of the trio. UK PM Rishi Sunak was on his first official visit to Bharat last week for the G20 Summit. Rishi Sunak also said that he is a ‘proud Hindu’.
