celebrated as the birth of Radha, the divine consort of Lord Krishna. On this
day, devotees worship Radha with zeal and devotion. This day is also the day of
the selfless and admirable bond of love between Radha and Krishna. Radha
Jayanti falls on her eighth day (Ashtami) of Bhadrapada.
