The trailer of director Umesh Shukla’s upcoming film Aankh Micholi
has been unveiled. It offered a sneak peek into a hilarious and entertaining
journey around Indian weddings. It stars Mrunal Thakur and Abhimanyu Dassani in
the lead roles.
Aankh Micholi narrates the antics of two mismatched families during
an Indian wedding. The trailer promises that the film will be a rollercoaster
ride filled with laughter, drama and emotions.
It starts with Mrunal Thakur’s character Paro praying for a loving
husband. She suffers from night blindness, which she humorously refers to as
the inability to see when the sun sets.
Paresh Rawal’s character is introduced as Paro’s guardian. He
ensures that her night blindness remains a secret and potential grooms don’t
learn about it. The trailer hints at the comical chaos that unfolds when 27
grooms come asking for Paro’s hand in marriage.
Mrunal took to social media and shared the film’s trailer.
“Here’s a little feast for your eyes! Brace yourself for the
ultimate entertainer packed with giggles and fun, for the entire family.
#AankhMicholi trailer out now! Watch closely, there’s more to it than meets the
eye,” she shared.
Directed by Umesh Shukla, written by Jitendra Parmar and produced

across India on October 27.

gets the desired love from them. I would love to see everyone smiling,” said the
director in a statement.
