Two months after the Supreme Court issued directives, Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission or APIC implemented the hybrid mode of hearing and e-filing of appeals and complaints successfully.
The Apex Court’s move was aimed at complete utilisation of technology to ensure access to justice.
APIC registrar Taro Mize said from now, the links for availing the option of hybrid mode of hearing will be published in the daily cause list. People can get access to the provision for e-filing of appeals and complaints on the APIC website apic.arunachal.gov.in.
Mize urged all public information officers, stakeholders and litigants to avail the services.
The Top Court, in October, had set deadline for all State Information Commissions across Bharat to provide facility of e-filing of complaints and appeals till December 31.
