A fire broke out at a factory in Delhi’s Bawana Industrial Area on January 3, as reported by news agency ANI. After the incident occurred, 25 fire tenders were rushed to the site to put off the fire. The fire was brought under control, as per the officials. There is no report of injuries or casualties yet.
While in conversation about the incident, Fire Officer Ram Gopal Meena said, “The call to put out fire was received around 1:30 am. A total of 25 fire tenders were present at the spot to douse the fire. Monetarily, there has been a huge loss but so far, no one has been injured in the incident. The fire is under control now.”
Such incidents have repeatedly taken place in the area. Just in November last year, a massive fire broke out at a factory in the North West Delhi district where as many as 20 fire tenders were pressed into service.The report made no mention of casualties. Another fire broke out in June last year, in the same area.
