Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath declared that on ‘Pran Partishtha Day’ on January 22, Ayodhya will
witness the arrival of 100 chartered planes. This event, marking the ‘pran
pratishtha’ ceremony of the Ram Temple, is expected to showcase the Ayodhya
airport’s potential.
Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister
Narendra Modi for inaugurating the fourth international airport in Uttar
Pradesh on December 30, CM Adityanath highlighted the significance of the
Ayodhya Airport.
The inauguration ceremony on December
30, attended by Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union
Minister VK Singh, and other officials, included the launch of the first
tri-weekly flights connecting Ahmedabad and Ayodhya.
The newly established Ayodhya Airport,
developed at a cost exceeding ₹1,450 crore, will initially accommodate 10 lakh
passengers annually, increasing to 60 lakh after the second phase.
With an impressive area of 6,500 sq m,
the airport’s terminal building is equipped to serve about 10 lakh passengers
yearly. Notably, the facade of the terminal building reflects the architectural
style of the upcoming Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
The Central Industrial Security Force or
CISF has taken charge of the airport’s security, ensuring a safe environment
for travelers.
In preparation for the grand
celebration, the Uttar Pradesh Government has implemented a comprehensive plan
encompassing advanced security and traffic management measures. An Integrated
Traffic Management System (ITMS) with 1,500 public CCTV cameras across the city
ensures vigilant surveillance.
Ayodhya’s yellow zone will feature
10,715 AI-based cameras with face recognition technology, seamlessly integrated
with ITMS and monitored centrally for enhanced monitoring and security.
Deployment of National Disaster Response
Force (NDRF) and the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) teams have bolstered
emergency response capabilities. Emphasizing safety measures, SDRF teams will
conduct regular boat patrols.
A significant highlight, enhancing water
surveillance during the celebrations, is the arrangement of four cruise boats
by January 20.
Enhanced security measures at Ayodhya
Railway Station, heightened by the Railway Protection Force from January 27 to
February 15, and provisions for fire brigades in all tent cities ensure swift
responses to unforeseen incidents.
The implementation of an Anti-Drone
System, overseen by the Special Security Force (SSF), adds an extra layer of
security against potential aerial threats.
The public is advised that only those
invited by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will be allowed entry
from January 20 to 22, with appropriate road and train arrangements in place.
A primary hospital with 10 beds has been
set up in the tent city, accompanied by rigorous cleanliness measures.
The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the
Ram Temple is scheduled for January 22, with Vedic rituals starting on January
16. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to attend the installation of the
idol of Ram Lalla, with CM Adityanath emphasizing a ‘Kumbh model of cleanliness’
for Ayodhya’s preparations.
