The makers announced the release date for the much anticipated film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ that stars Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. Prabhas’ Instagram treated fans with the initial look of the poster along with the release announcement. He shared the picture of the poster and captioned it, “The countdown to the future has begun! #Kalki2898AD in theatres worldwide on 9th May 2024’. The film was earlier expected to release on January 12.
Once the news was out, the fans chimed in the comment section.

The makers of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ planned and executed a grand release date announcement across multiple cities via raiders, such as Varanasi, Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai, Madurai, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Bhimavaram, Kashmir, and Vijayawada. Before the announcement, the raiders marched together, building anticipation and finally unveiled the scroll in a distinct and exciting way.
The film has pivotal feature roles from Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani in pivotal roles.
