Prime Minister Narendra Modi, fresh from
the momentous Ram Temple consecration event in Ayodhya, has declared a major
initiative named ‘Pradhanmantri Suryodaya Yojana.’ This ambitious plan aims to
harness solar energy for electricity generation, with a specific focus on
installing rooftop solar panels on one crore homes across the country.
Taking to the X, PM Modi expressed the
symbolic connection of Suryavanshi Lord Shri Ram’s light to the energy that
sustains devotees worldwide. He stated, “Today, on the auspicious occasion of
consecration in Ayodhya, my resolution got further strengthened that the people
of Bharat should have their own solar rooftop system on the roof of their
houses.”
