In a horrifying occurrence at a convenience store in Georgia’s Lithonia, homeless man Julian Faulkner brutally attacked and killed MBA student Vivek Saini on January 16. Reports indicate Faulkner mercilessly struck Saini approximately 50 times on the head with a hammer, an act captured on camera.
Tragically, Saini lost his life just ten days before his scheduled return to Bharat on January 26. He hailed from Bhagwanpur village in Haryana’s Panchkula.
About Julian Faulkner:
- Faulkner, a homeless drug addict, found refuge at the convenience store where Saini was employed.
- His initial interaction with Saini was marked by the student’s kindness, providing him with food, water and clothing.
- Faulkner’s motive for the attack stemmed from Saini’s reported refusal to provide him with food and his subsequent call to the police.
- Upon police arrival, Faulkner was discovered standing over Saini’s lifeless body.
Faulkner has been arrested, charged with malice murder, and detained without bail at the DeKalb County Jail in Georgia.
