PM Narendra Modi received warm welcome by enthusiastic crowd in Kolkata, the capital city of West Bengal.
Here PM Modi inaugurated the Howrah Maidan-Esplanade section of Kolkata Metro’s East-West corridor, built at a cost of ₹4,965 crore. It will have the deepest Metro station in Bharat at Howrah, 30 metres below the ground level.
