Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Assam visit, Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma shared an interesting video on social media and wrote, “A sneak peek of the stunning species of birds and animals that await Narendra Modi ji tomorrow, as he becomes the first Prime Minister to visit the Kaziranga National Park since 1957.”

- Over 600 species of birds
- A thriving population of dolphins
- One of the highest density of tigers
