Arunachal Pradesh will soon get Aqua Museum at Ziro that will become Bharat’s first Aqua Park and Northeast’s first fish museum. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced to construct one Integrated Aqua Park for each State and Union Territory, under Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana for bringing the blue revolution, in 2019. Subsequently, under this project the construction work has begun.
Sharing the video on a social media post, Chief Minister Pema Khandu wrote, “Aqua Park at Ziro marks a significant step towards environmental conservation and educational awareness. It not only showcases the diverse aquatic ecosystems of the region but also highlights the importance of preserving water resources. By providing interactive exhibits and educational programs, this museum will serve as a platform to educate visitors about the importance of water conservation and sustainable practices.”
