The country’s largest Pradhan Mantri Awaas Colony is in Assam’s Dibrugarh district. Talking about it, Assam Chief Minister expressed on a social media post that the colony, equipped with solar power of 113 unit, self-sustaining complex comes with schools, anganwadi centers, and piped water under the Jal Jeevan Mission and it “reflects how a whole-of-government approach can improve the Ease of Living”.
