Addressing a public rally in Morigaon District’s Lahorighat, Assam Minister Pijush Hazarika criticised the erstwhile government, particularly the Congress, for its failure to tackle the devastating flood issue in Morigaon and for neglecting the district’s development. Hazarika expressed his disappointment at the lack of progress during the tenure of the previous administration, indirectly pointing fingers at the Congress party.
