Prime Minister Narendra Modi, arrived in Assam last evening, embarked on his campaign rally for the Northeastern region. He addressed a sea of enthusiastic supporters in the State’s Nalbari district on Wednesday.
In his impassioned speech, the PM reaffirmed the NDA’s commitment to inclusivity and welfare, promising equal access to essential services for every citizen. He pledged the construction of 3 crore new homes and the fair distribution of rations to the underprivileged, without discrimination. Additionally, he announced comprehensive healthcare coverage under the Ayushman scheme, providing free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh for elderly individuals aged 70 and above, irrespective of their socio-economic background.
Ahead of the auspicious Surya Tilak ceremony of Ram Lalla, PM Modi exhorted the crowd to join in chanting the sacred mantras of Ram Laxman Janki and Jai Sri Ram. He hailed the first birthday of Bhagwan Ram at his home in 500 years.
