In a remarkable achievement, three outstanding students from Sikkim are gearing up to represent their State at the esteemed United Nations Simulation Conference, hosted by Best Diplomats in New York. Among the chosen delegates is Kanchan Dahal, a dedicated social activist from Soreng, currently pursuing a BA-LLB degree at Sikkim Government Law College. His journey from Soreng Senior Secondary School to this international platform serves as a testament to his unwavering determination and commitment.
Joining him is Tilak Sharma, a dynamic social worker from Lingmoo, Namchi. Having completed his secondary education at Lingmoo Kolthang Senior Secondary School, Tilak is now pursuing his BA-LLB degree, driven by a strong passion for social justice and community empowerment.
Completing the trio is Ingsa Yonghang Limboo, a scholarly individual with a keen interest in political science, hailing from Nimthang, East Sikkim. Currently pursuing his MA in Political Science at Sikkim Manipal University, Ingsa has already made significant contributions to academia with his research on Sikkimese history and political rights. His recent presentation at an international conference in Dharan, Nepal, shows his dedication to shedding light on crucial issues.
