Sikkim’s Forest and Environment Department has been honoured with the Best State award for excellence in implementing the Environment Education Programme for 2023-24 by the Central Environment, Forest and Climate Change Ministry. The announcement was made by Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang Golay.
CM Golay took to X to extend his heartfelt congratulations to the department.
