In a move to revolutionise office operations within the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) Secretariat, a training session on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for day-to-day activities was conducted. The Personnel Department of BTC organised the session, specifically targeting all Grade-3 employees of the BTC Secretariat.

BTC Chief Executive Member (CEM) Pramod Bodo highlighted the significance of this initiative through a post on social media, emphasising the potential of AI to transform workflows, improve efficiency, and optimise services. He stated, “The introduction of new-age technologies like AI holds significant potential to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, optimise services, thus ensuring seamless governance for the people of BTR.”
