Lamerphylla Damesha Kharsati, hailing from Meghalaya and serving as an assistant instructor at a karate academy in New Delhi, clinched a bronze medal at the prestigious 23rd Milo Open International Karate Tournament held in Kuala Lumpur. The tournament, spanning from June 26 to June 30, featured Kharsati competing in the -68kg senior female kumite (sparring) category.
