In a proactive effort to boost local economic opportunities, Chief Minister N Biren Singh inaugurated the Skill and Livelihood Programme today at the City Convention Centre. Organised by the Horticulture and Soil Conservation Department, this program is set to offer essential training and financial support aimed at enhancing income generation and addressing local economic needs.
During the launch, CM Biren asserted on the importance of this initiative for the region’s development. “This program is designed to equip our citizens with valuable skills and resources to improve their livelihoods and contribute to the state’s growth,” he stated.
