Flood Resilience: Assurance of full support to build a flood-resilient economy in Assam.
Economic Growth: Expedited implementation of budget proposals for MSMEs, skilling, and the digital economy.
Capital Expenditure Support: Gratitude for the Special Assistance to States for Capex scheme.
Hydro-Carbon Royalties: Commitment to resolving issues related to royalties from hydro-carbon industries.
Industry Capacity Building: Positive reception to suggestions for improving Assam’s chemical and hydrocarbon industries.
In addition, CM Himanta offered suggestions to make the Special Assistance to States for Capex scheme even more robust. His proposals were welcomed graciously by the Finance Minister, indicating a collaborative effort towards strengthening Assam’s economic framework.
