The Union Cabinet has given the green light to eight significant national High-Speed Road Corridor Projects, totaling a length of 936 km and costing Rs 50,655 crore. These projects aim to enhance logistics efficiency and improve connectivity across India, according to an official statement released on Friday.
The execution of these projects is expected to create approximately 4.42 crore mandays of direct and indirect employment.

6-Lane Agra-Gwalior National High-Speed Corridor
4-Lane Kharagpur-Moregram National High-Speed Corridor
6-Lane Tharad-Deesa-Mehsana-Ahmedabad National High-Speed Corridor
4-Lane Ayodhya Ring Road
4-Lane Section between Pathalgaon and Gumla of Raipur-Ranchi National High-Speed Corridor
6-Lane Kanpur Ring Road
These infrastructure projects are set to significantly strengthen Bharat’s road network, providing faster, more efficient transportation routes and boosting regional development.
