The teaser for Citadel: Honey Bunny has sparked significant excitement, elevating the anticipation for the latest instalment in the Citadel spy universe. Priyanka Chopra recently took to Instagram to promote the series, praising the work of Raj and DK and the performances of Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
She also dropped a tantalising hint, urging viewers to “Look for the connection to Nadia… Breadcrumbs all over Citadel. You just have to find them.”
For those unfamiliar with the series, Citadel is an international franchise that includes productions from Bharat, Italy, and Mexico. The show features Richard Madden alongside Priyanka Chopra, who previously portrayed the character Nadia Sinh in the Russo Brothers’ Citadel.
The Indian chapter of the series is directed by Raj and DK, known for their work on Family Man 2, and stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
Citadel: Honey Bunny promises a gripping spy thriller with dynamic action sequences and a romantic subplot, set against the backdrop of the vibrant 1990s. The cast includes Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, Kashvi Majmundar, Saquib Saleem, and Sikandar Kher. The series is scheduled to premiere on Prime Video on November 7.
