Prime Minister Narendra Modi has once again secured the top spot in global leader approval ratings, according to the latest survey by Morning Consult. The survey, conducted from July 8-14, reveals Modi’s approval rating at 69 per cent, surpassing US President Joe Biden and newly appointed UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
In the rankings, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador follows with a 63 per cent approval rating, while Argentina’s President Javier Milei holds the third position with a 60 per cent rating. The survey reflects a seven-day moving average of opinions from adults in various countries.
Among other leaders, US President Joe Biden’s approval stands at 39 per cent, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at 29 per cent, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer at 45 per cent, and French President Emmanuel Macron at 20 per cent.
