The trailer for the film The Diary of West Bengal, which focuses on the atrocities faced by Hindus in Bangladesh and West Bengal, has been released by Jagadguru Swami Rambhadraacharya Maharaj from Dharm Nagri Chitrakoot.
The release event was attended by film producer Jitendra Narayan Singh (Waseem Rizvi), film director Sanoj Mishra, and several other film personalities. Jagadguru Swami Rambhadraacharya Maharaj was moved to tears upon seeing the depiction of atrocities against Hindus in the film’s trailer.
The film is produced by Jitendra Narayan Singh (Waseem Rizvi), who converted from Islam to Hinduism. After witnessing the suffering of Hindus in Bangladesh and West Bengal, he embarked on creating The Diary of West Bengal to highlight these issues.
Directed by Sanoj Mishra, the film faced significant challenges, including multiple lawsuits and harassment from the West Bengal Government. Despite these obstacles, the film has been completed and the trailer was launched today from Chitrakoot.
The film also portrays a harrowing incident from Bangladesh where a Hindu family is murdered by Muslims, and a 14-year-old girl is gang-raped. In this scene, the girl’s mother pleads with the perpetrators to commit the assault in turn rather than simultaneously, fearing her daughter might die otherwise.
Ultimately, the girl succumbs to her injuries. The film aims to depict such horrific incidents occurring in Bangladesh, as well as the impact of illegal Rohingya refugees from Myanmar and Bangladeshi infiltrators in West Bengal.
The film presents a vivid portrayal of life in West Bengal amidst traditional customs, modern challenges, and issues like love jihad. Jagadguru Swami Rambhadraacharya Maharaj has urged people to watch the film to understand the ongoing atrocities against Hindus and to awaken every Hindu to respond to these injustices.
He asserted that the film will drive an awareness campaign to address and rectify the situation, aiming to ensure the dignity of Hindus in Bharat.
